All repairs are assessed and priced on a case by case basis. The necessary time, materials, labor, and results of the repair will vary depending on the project. All repairs are a best effort promise. Not all repairs can restore an item to original quality, and some may be impossible to complete depending on condition of the item. Surly Dragon reserves the right to cancel repairs or modify the original quote based on condition when item is received. Any changes to repair quote or estimated time of completion will be communicated with customer, and require written consent before the change is finalized. Any declined changes can result in return of the item. Any agreed upon deposits prior to repair of item are non refundable.
